Improvements

• Usability improvement: Warns user if trying to create a folder twice.
• It's now possible to control the number of online archived files in the client under Folder / Settings / File Archive (online). http://www.powerfolder.com/wiki/File_Archive
• Replaced directory chooser with a more robust version.
